Appreciated this hotel, had real good experience. Spotless place, staff was attentive and helpful. Overall it was a nice size and bright with a balcony. The location was handy, just 5 minutes walk from Murmeli Brunnen.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable with a flat-screen TV, central heating, and a seating area in the room. the hotel allows for early check-in and late check-out with courteous staff. the location is superb, right in front of the Rothorn tram and close to the main train station, shopping area, Gornergrat-Bahn station, Sunnegga cable car, and one of the classic views of the Matterhorn.

The property was in the center of the city.

The room was well-maintained, quiet with comfortable bed. The hotel's location was central, to slopes. Before bed I went to L'atelier Grandsire for a nightcap, it's right next to the property.

Delightful venue, appetising food, ideal location right in front of the Rothorn tram. Early check in and late check out. Everything perfect. In the center of the city, very convenient. Right by the cable car going up to Sunnegga as well as the train station where is the main shopping area.

Location short walk to shops as well as the main shopping area plus the station Gornergrat-Bahn. Besides, very convenient to Zermatt-Sunnegga. Well-maintained and spotless room plus clean bathroom. Exceptionally nice breakfast with the option of freshly cooked eggs and PLEASANT views.

They gave me standard double room with an amazing balcony view of the Matterhorn and a balcony, as example. The breakfast was free, with fresh dishes. The staff were very good and assisted me greatly.

I had an exceptional stay at a hotel in Zermatt. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and with stunning views of the Matterhorn from my balcony. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a large bathroom and comfortable beds. The staff were warm and attentive, and the hotel restaurant served delicious food. Despite the rain and snow outside, I felt cozy and well taken care of. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zermatt.
